Mya brings a unique combination of operational expertise and investment acumen, having built businesses from the ground up and successfully navigated complex transactions. Her approach focuses on creating sustainable value and ensuring founders achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
Billy Baumann, COO & Strategic Advisor
As a founder and operator, Billy carried payroll, made decisions with incomplete information, and filled operational gaps when no one else could. He's built sales infrastructure from scratch, led enterprise account development, mentored teams through leadership transitions, and navigated the complexities of multi-company ownership and strategic exits.
At Stone Capital Partners, Billy serves as COO and Strategic Advisor, working alongside founders of $5-50M businesses on buy-side acquisitions, sell-side preparation, and operational readiness. His approach is rooted in long-term partnership rather than transactional engagement: helping founders strengthen execution, reduce risk, and build real optionality well before a transaction is on the table.
Billy's operator-first mentality means he understands the daily realities founders face, and his track record of building and exiting businesses ensures the advice he gives is grounded in what actually works.
